·      Usage Data: We use Google Analytics to monitor general usage patterns and interactions within the app to help us improve functionality.
·      Device Information: Basic information about the device you use to access our app, such as the device model and operating system.

All personal data, including invoice and account information, is stored securely using Google’s Firebase platform. Firebase implements a range of security measures, though we do not have direct control over server locations as they are managed by Google’s global infrastructure.

We rely on Firebase’s built-in API protocols to handle data transmissions, ensuring secure communication. However, we advise that no data transmission over the Internet is entirely secure, and data security cannot be guaranteed 100%.

Upon receipt, data is protected within Firebase’s infrastructure using security measures that align with industry standards. We recommend taking additional precautions, such as securing your device, to protect any locally stored information.

As a user of G-Expense, you have several rights related to your personal information:

If you would like your data deleted, you may send a request to goffice@das-g.ro. We will process your request at no cost and delete your data from Firebase servers. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business needs.
